The technology-ladden LeBron X sneaker from Nike wont be cheap, but it won’t cross the $300 mark. The shoe, which will have a limited release starting on September 22, will cost $270. The more stripped-down version without Nike+ sensors will set you back $180.
Nike came under fire from the Urban League for insensitive to its customers when the cost of the LeBron X was anticipated to cross the $300 mark. Nike, for its part, says that that criticism paid no part in the final pricing of the shoe.
