Kim Kardashian and NBA player Kris Humphries are expected to appear in court today to begin divorce proceedings.

Kardashian and Humphries have a complicated pre-nuptial agreement for their 72 day marriage, which includes a confidentially clause keeping Humphries from talking to the public and leaves him without anything from the marriage. Despite the pre-nup, Humphries has refused to settle and wants Kim to admit the marriage was fake and he wants her to apologize to him and his family.

Sources say Humphries wants Kanye West( who has been dating Kim since April 2012) to prove his marriage was fake by appearing  in court and admit that Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality show is scripted. Humphries sent a subpoena-disguised in a Nordstrom’s box to Kardashian’s home for West. Plus, TMZ reports that Humphries has served subpoena’s to Kim’s mom Kris Jenner and NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray(Producers of the Kardashian reality shows).

Humphries attorney Marshall Waller said that he wanted to prove Kardashian had “no intention of proceeding with this marriage. That it was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her show and to make money,” he said.

Kardashian’s attorney Laura Wasser said the legal bickering has resulted in $250,000 in legal fees and she intends to bill Humphries. Paying for legal fees shouldn’t be a problem for Humphries who signed with the Brooklyn Nets for a reported $24 million.

Kim Kardashian is the star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, on the E! Network which averages more than 3 million viewers and is in its sixth season.
