Love for designer Christian Louboutin’s shoes isn’t just for the ladies. And now men in the U.S. can experience the joy of getting their Louboutin on in person with the opening of a men’s boutique in New York, only the second in the world. The fashionable male can choose from the coveted creations of Louboutin, which range from traditional to edgy, or customize their footwear based on their body art. That’s right, the back of the store is called the Tattoo Parlor, where “shoppers can customize shoes with embroidered replicas of their own tattoos, sewn by renowned embroiderer Jean-Francois Lesage’s atelier, which has served couture designers from the world’s elite fashion houses for more than a half-century.”
While prices on the styles like the black wingtip shoe with a capped metal toe (above) will set you back $1,195, you’re on your own with discovering how much it will cost to wear customize you Louboutins.
