America has a new sweetheart and it hasn’t taken long for the endorsements to roll in. 16-year old Gabby  Douglas, who won gold for the USA in the all-around gymnastics competition, will soon be coming to breakfast tables around the country.

Kellogg’s will feature Douglas on boxes of Corn Flakes cereal donning her Olympic gold. All-around champions are traditionally brand-friendly athletes, typically pulling in about $2 million a year after bringing home the gold. As the first African-American to win the sport, Gabby is expected to have even more attention and opportunities presented to her. CNBC’s sports business reporter Darren Rovell anticipates that Douglas can expect to see to the tune of $4 million/year.

Good for Gabby. She is an incredible talent and she will be inspiring youth for year’s to come. Look for to secure several more endorsements in the near future.
