Trouble in Paradise for X Factor Judge Britney Spears ?

Britney Spears is a fan favorite on the show X Factor, but the X Factor gig is causing some problems in her personal life.

Here’s what’s rumored to been happening. Spears has been engaged to Hollywood agent Jason Trawick for over 7 months. Trawick left his agent position at William Morris Endeavor in May 2011. Then,Trawick became Britney’s co-conservator in April 2012. In May 2012, Britney got the judging gig on the X Factor talent show.

Sources say that Trawick was under the impression that he would manage Spear’s career. Instead, as co-conservator, he is watching Spears while she is on the set of the X Factor and dealing with any of Spear’s onset antics. Trawick has to discipline Spears while she is on the show and that has caused constant fighting and is damaging their relationship.

X Factor is a good career move for Spears, but can her relationship last the next few months of X Factor taping?
