Elvis Dumervil, Broncos defensive end was arrested this Saturday for aggravated assault with a firearm. Dumervil was in Miami when he was arrested. Miami Police have not yet stated all of the details of the assault but according to other sources, the police report alleges aggravated assault with a firearm with the bond set at $7,500. In Florida, these allegations will amount to a felony charge.
