The BET Award Show brought hundreds of celebrities to the red carpet this past weekend to celebrate music! So of course, everyone wanted to show off their “swag” and impress as paparazzi had a field day snapping photos. Some stepped up their game and came dressed to impressed, while others just looked a hot mess! Check out the best and worst dressed celebs at the 2012 BET Award Show.
Worst Dressed
Rapper, Big Sean- Sorry Big Sean, but you’re on this list because a shirt was much needed with this outfit! Fashion DON’T!
Willow and Jaden Smith-Less is more! Way too much going on with both outfits.
Actress, Porscha Coleman- Another, “less is more”! The skirt is a bit much Porscha, especially with the added detail on the back. This outfit does not flatter her body at all.
Singer, Faith Evans-Couldn’t tell it was Faith at first, right? Faith should have used solid colored bottoms or left out the blazer. This outfit doesn’t really suit her and makes her look somewhat stiff and uncomfortable.
Choreographer, Laurie Ann Gibson- Not really sure what she was going for with this fit but it is all wrong. Sorry Laurie Ann, but there is no positives to this outfit whatsoever!
BEST DRESSED
Actor, Boris Kodjoe-Boris kept it simple and still managed to impress. This suit fits perfectly and makes him look very classy and dressed for the occasion.
Singer, Melanie Fiona-Melanie kept it simple and sexy! All black everything, with a little cleavage, and bright red lipstick! This outfit was perfect for her!
Luke James and Guest-Luke James put on his best, and made sure his arm candy was looking sharp as well. Whoever this lovely lady is sure made an impression on the red carpet! Good job Luke!
Rapper, Lola Monroe-Round of applause for Ms. Monroe! Hands down one of the best dressed celebs that night! This dress is the perfect color, fits her body amazingly, and is very classy yet sexy at the same time! Great job Lola!
Singer, Chaka Khan- With age must come better style…well at least for Chaka! Khan wore an all black long sleeved gown, with a risque’ slit up one leg, showing off that “she’s still got it”!
