Spurs star Tony Parker filed a lawsuit Thursday in a New York Supreme Court seeking $20 Million in damages stemming from a fight between Drake and Chris Brown. In his argument, he claims that the W.i.P Nightclub’s security was negligent in allowing Rhianna’s two exes in, knowing that there was “bad blood” between them.

Parker’s claim indicates that he suffered lacerations to his cornea when bottles started flying and he was hit with shards of glass, and that the club continued to sell alcohol to the parties that were “visibly intoxicated”

The injury to his eye is one that could ulitmately affect his NBA career, along with his participation in the upcoming Olympic Games where he will be representing the French National basketball team. Parker is currently playing in the NBA with a $50 Million dollar contract with the Spurs, and his arguments claim that the injury to his eye could affect that.

As for Drake and Chris Brown, it’s unknown at this time if they’ll be added to the lawsuit as defendants, Parker’s lawyer says they are waiting on surveillance footage and the police to wrap-up their investigation.

W.i.P. was shut down by police over the weekend due to unspecified “code violations” and the club’s manager was arrested two days prior to its shutdown.
