Ochocinco Gets Presidential Welcome From The Mexican Head Of State

Felipe Calderon, the President of Mexico, officially welcomed Chad “The Black Mexican” Ochocinco to Mexico through Twitter on Friday. Word is that they are supposed to hang out this weekend if the President’s schedule allows. So to all heads of states, you now know the protocol when Chad is visiting your country.
